This article explains how to update the logo used in Document Manager back office (Users and Admins) and in Document Manager's Employee Portal (Employees).
Usage
This logo is used:
- On Document Manager back office and login page
- Document Manager's Employee Portal (if activated)
Prerequisites
Have the permission "Manage settings" granted on your role configuration
Steps

Log in to your Document Manager platform
- Go to Admin > Site settings > Logo
- Click on the CHOOSE FILE button
- Upload your logo
- Click on the SAVE LOGO button
You might need to clear your browser cache in order to see your updated logo (CTRL + SHIFT + R on 💻 / CMD + SHIFT + R on )
Additional information
- Recommended size is 280 x 70px
- Preferred formats :
- JPEG
- JPG
- PNG
- GIF
